ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION OF HIGH AND MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS

Environmental education plays an important role in formation of ecological consciousness of the person. Education, including environmental education, is of great importance in the modern world. High environmental education is necessary for implementing the concept of sustainable development, solving global environmental problems and preserving the natural balance of the planet. This article is based on a sociological survey, statistical analysis of the data obtained, and a review of the scientific literature. The main task of our work is to determine the current level of environmental education of secondary and high school students, identify problem areas and help raise environmental awareness.
