Эффективность реализации мероприятий в рамках Десятилетия детства в регионах РФ

В статье представлены результаты исследования эффективности государственной политики в области охраны материнства и детства, реализуемой в рамках мероприятий Десятилетия детства. Оценка эффективности проведена на основе анализа хода выполнения государственных программ, связанных с формированием благоприятных условий детства в регионах России. Результаты анализа могут быть использованы в процессах корректировки содержания мероприятий, направленных на развитие инфраструктуру детства как одного из факторов решения демографических проблем.

The article presents the results of a study of the effectiveness of state policy in the field of maternal and child health, implemented within the framework of the Decade of Childhood activities. Evaluation of the effectiveness was carried out on the basis of an analysis of the progress in the implementation of state programs related to the formation of favorable conditions for childhood in the regions of Russia. The results of the analysis can be used in the processes of adjusting the content of activities aimed at developing the infrastructure of childhood as one of the factors in solving demographic problems.
