Инновационное развитие и кластеры стран БРИКС

Самостоятельное развитие стран в современных экономических условиях не представляется возможным из-за сложности и турбулентности внешней среды. Особенно это касается такой сферы, как инновационное развитие. Без кооперации в этой области экономической деятельности достигнуть прогресса невозможно. Россия входит в ряд политико-экономических организаций, одной из которых является организация БРИКС. В данной работе сделан анализ данных по инновационному развитию стран БРИКС. Были выделены сильные стороны, на которые можно опираться при выборе направления коммерческой кооперации. Поиск основных направлений кооперации, а также ее рыночных предпосылок является существенной задачей не только для российской инновационной сферы, но и других стран БРИКС [1]. Исследование показало, что наиболее перспективные направления, интересные для российского бизнеса, это компьютерные и цифровые технологии. Россия и другие участники объединения БРИКС могут предложить свои инновационные наработки в качестве интеграционной основы сети научных парков, технологических бизнес-инкубаторов и малых и средних предприятий стран БРИКС.

Independent development of countries in modern economic conditions is not possible due to the complexity and turbulence of the external environment. This is especially true considering innovative development. It is impossible to achieve progress without cooperation in this area of economic activity. Russia is a member of a number of political and economic organizations, one of which is the BRICS organization. This paper analyzes data on the innovative development of the BRICS countries. Strengths that can be used in choosing the direction of commercial cooperation were highlighted. The search for the main directions of cooperation, as well as its market prerequisites, is a significant task not only for the Russian innovation sphere, but also for other BRICS countries [1]. The study showed that the most promising areas of interest for Russian business are computer and digital technologies. Russia and other BRICS members can offer their innovative developments as an integration basis for a network of science parks, technology business incubators, and small and medium-sized enterprises in the BRICS countries.
