LEARNING OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES AND INTERCULTURAL BUSINESS COMMUNICATION COMPETENCES: A STRATEGIC BEHAVIOR

The rise of globalization and integration of the business world as well as languages and cultures, the development of intercultural communicative competences or skills makes teaching and learning of foreign languages a strategic among individuals and firms. This paper explores interpersonal understandings of effective intercultural business communication skills and the analyses hereof are instructive to institutions, businesses as well as individuals working for or representing them to ensure the flow of effective communication and decisionmaking in the organization.
