БУДУЩЕЕ ЭЛЕКТРОЭНЕРГЕТИКИ В УСЛОВИЯХ ЦИФРОВОЙ ТРАНСФОРМАЦИИ

Трансформация общественных и экономических отношений приводит к неоднозначному положению многих традиционных аспектов хозяйствования под усиленным проникновением процессов цифровизации. Цифровые технологии определяют наличие перемен на всех уровнях человеческой деятельности, а многие отрасли народного хозяйства не могут эффективно функционировать без их своевременного внедрения в производство и управление. К таким отраслям относится и электроэнергетика, использование инновационных технологий и цифровых методов управления в которой способствует рациональной работе всех отраслевых систем и формированию стратегической конкурентоспособности. В рамках данной статьи предлагается рассмотреть перспективы развития электроэнергетики под усиленным давлением цифровой трансформации. Стоит учитывать, что электроэнергетика является национально значимым элементом народного хозяйства, поддержание устойчивости которого осуществляется в интересах государства и общества. С авторской позиции сделан вывод, что архитектура современного электроэнергетического рынка должна подстраиваться под глобальные тренды времени, для соответствия которым необходимо обеспечить справедливое использование энергетического потенциала. Теоретический аппарат данной работы планируется использовать в дальнейшей разработке практических рекомендаций в рамках осуществления мероприятий стратегического развития электроэнергетического комплекса на основе использования цифровых технологий.

The transformation of social and economic relations leads to an ambiguous position of many traditional aspects of management under the increased penetration of digitalization processes. Digital technologies determine the presence of changes at all levels of human activity, and many sectors of the national economy cannot function effectively without their timely introduction into production and management. Such industries include the electric power industry, where the use of innovative technologies and digital management methods contributes to the rational operation of all industry systems and the formation of strategic competitiveness. In this article, it is proposed to consider the prospects for the development of the electric power industry under the increased pressure of digital transformation. It should be taken into account that the electric power industry is a nationally significant element of the national economy, which is maintained in the interests of the state and society. From the author's point of view, it is concluded that the architecture of the modern electric power market must adapt to the global trends of the time, in order to comply with which, it is necessary to ensure the fair use of energy potential. The theoretical framework of this work is planned to be used in the further development of practical recommendations in the framework of the implementation of measures for the strategic development of the electric power complex based on the use of digital technologies.
