ХРОНИЧЕСКИЕ ЯТРОГЕННЫЕ РИНОСИНУСИТЫ ПРИ ПРОВЕДЕНИИ ТРАНССКУЛОВОЙ ИМПЛАНТАЦИИ

Применение протоколов трансскуловой имплантации позволяет реабилитировать пациентов, при выраженной атрофии и резорбции челюстей, после воспалительных процессов челюстно-лицевой области, политравме средней трети лица, резекциях челюстей по поводу удаления новообразований. Основное осложнение в отдаленном периоде хронические риносинуситы. Комплексное лечение хронических, ятрогенных риносинуситов представляет собой актуальную, междисциплинарную задачу для специалистов, работающих в области головы и шеи.

CHRONIC IATROGENIC RINOSINUSITIS AS A COMPLICATION OF ZYGOMATIC IMPLANTS

Adstract: The use of zygomatic implantation protocols allows rehabilitating patients with severe atrophy and resorption of the jaws, after inflammatory processes of the maxillofacial region, polytrauma of the middle third of the face, resections of the jaws for the removal of neoplasms. The main complication in the long-term period is chronic rhinosinusitis. Complex treatment of chronic, iatrogenic rhinosinusitis is a complex, topical, interdisciplinary problem for specialists working in the field of head and neck.
