Применение иммуногистохимических маркеров в гистологических исследованиях позволит выявить локализацию малодифференцированных меланоцитов, их дифференцировку и морфофункциональные особенности в межфолликулярном эпидермисе и волосяных фолликулах, особенности развития этого клеточного дифферона в онтогенезе.
