Fluctuation formation model and operation mechanism of an inhibiting layer on metals: III. Equations of inhibitor layer at metal boundary

Equations of the boundary inhibitor layer are derived. The equations determine the metal surface coverage with equilibrium and nonequilibrium layer nuclei. The role of the electrolyte composition, the potential drop within the electric double layer, the probability of heterogeneous nucleation, and other factors are determined.
