"СПИРАЛЬ МОЛЧАНИЯ"КАК ИНСТРУМЕНТ МАНИПУЛЯЦИИ ОБЩЕСТВЕННЫМ МНЕНИЕМ В РОССИИ

Теория «спирали молчания», предложенная Э. Ноэль-Нойман, находится в центре процесса формирования общественного мнения. Несмотря на то, что большой объём коммуникации перешёл в Интернет пространство, механизмы «спирали молчания» продолжают работать. Этим пользуются политтехнологи во время электорального процесса для манипуляции общественного мнения и закручивания «спирали молчания». При помощи специально выстроенных прогнозов, фактов специалисты умело используют «спираль молчания» для увеличения сторонников определённого кандидата или политической партии. В связи с тем, что в России установились сильные конформистские и абсентеистские настроения, создана благоприятная ситуация для работы этого механизма. В качестве примера действия «спирали молчания» в статье рассматриваются Общероссийское голосование по поправкам к Конституции России 2020 года и Выборы в Государственную думу 2021 года.

The theory of the "spiral of silence", proposed by Elisabeth Noelle-Neumann is the core of the process of shaping public opinion. Despite the fact that a vast part of communication has moved to the Internet the mechanisms of the "spiral of silence" continue to work. This is used by political technologists during the electoral process to manipulate public opinion and twist the "spiral of silence". With the help of specially constructed forecasts, facts, experts skillfully use the "spiral of silence" to increase the number of supporters of a certain candidate or political party. Due to the fact that strong conformist and absenteeist sentiments have been established in Russia a favorable situation has been created for the operation of this mechanism. As an example of the "spiral of silence", the article considers the 2020 Referendum on Russia’s Constitutional Amendments and the Elections to the State Duma in 2021.
