ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ ПРИНЦИПОВ ЦИРКУЛЯРНОЙ ЭКОНОМИКИ В АРАБСКИХ СТРАНАХ

Статья посвящена анализу и систематизации имеющегося опыта внедрения циркулярных моделей производства и потребления в Арабских странах. Рассмотрены тенденции развития возобновляемой энергетики, энергоэффективных технологий, национальных систем обращения с отходами. Выявлены наиболее успешные кейсы. Проанализированы основные нормативно-правовые положения, способствующие переходу к циркулярной экономике. Выявлены барьеры технологического характера, препятствующие более успешному развитию циркулярной экономики в Арабских странах.

The article is devoted to the analysis and systematization of the existing experience in the introduction of circular models of production and consumption in the Arab countries. The trends in the development of renewable energy, energy efficient technologies, and national waste management systems are considered. The most successful cases have been identified. The main regulatory and legal provisions that contribute to the transition to a circular economy are analyzed. Technological barriers that impede the more successful development of the circular economy in the Arab countries are identified.
