Содержание концепции инногорода: обобщение международного опыта

Статья посвящена определению места инногорода в терминологическом ряду современных концепций городского устройства. Для того чтобы рассмотреть проект «инногород» как городскую концепцию в первом приближении, обратимся к современным городским концепциям Smart city, Сreative city, Innovation city, Global city и др., которые также апеллируют к инновационности. И предпримем пытку сравнительного анализа, чтобы установить, в чем заключена их инновационность и насколько инногород сопоставим с этими явлениями. Все приведенные концепции по-своему инновационны, но использовать инновации в своем устройстве и производить инновации - разные вещи. Можно ли поставить знак равно между одной из этих концепций и инногородом или инногород - явление, дополнившее разнообразие в этом ряду, - вот главная исследовательская цель данной статьи. В ходе исследования автор приходит к выводу, что ни одна из рассмотренных выше концепций не будет эквивалентна понятию инногорода. В основе идеи инногорода лежит стратегия развития инновационного потенциала экономики, то есть некая экономическая структура. А сам город является скорее оболочкой, интерфейсом для пользователей - резидентов этой экономической экосистемы. Однако эта концепция может воплощать ключевые черты смарт-сити, экогорода или города будущего и др. Таким образом, инногород оказывается близок другим концепциям по внешним признакам.

The article is devoted to the definition of the place of Innogorod in the terminological series of modern concepts of urban structure. In order to consider the «innovative city» project as an urban concept in the first approximation, we turn to the modern urban concepts of Smart city, Creative city, Innovation city, Global city, etc., which also appeal to innovativeness. And we will undertake the torture of comparative analysis in order to establish what their innovativeness is and how similar is Innogorod to these phenomena. All the above concepts are innovative in their own way, but using innovation in their device and producing innovation are different things. Is it possible to put a sign equal between one of these concepts and Innorod or Innorod - a phenomenon that supplemented the diversity in this series - t his is the main research goal of this article. In the course of the study, the author concludes that none of the concepts discussed above will be equivalent to the concept of innogorod. The idea of Innogorod is based on a strategy for developing the innovative potential of the economy, that is a certain economic structure. And the city itself is more of a shell, an interface for users - residents of this economic ecosystem. However, this concept can embody the key features of smart city, eco-city or city of the future, etc. Thus, Innogorod is close to other concepts in appearance.
