The effect of simulating sinus lifting and septoplasty on changes in the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems in rats [模拟鼻窦提升和隔膜成形术对大鼠交感神经和副交感神经系统变化的影响] [Эффект моделирования синус-лифтинга и септопластики на изменения симпатической и парасимпатической нервных систем у крыс]

Aims. The study provides an assessment of the effect of modeling sinus lifting and septoplasty in rats on changes in the tone of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. Results. There were no significant differences between the groups in the first two days after surgery. However, in comparison with the control, it was determined that in the early postoperative period, the low-frequency component increases, and the high-frequency component decreases. The very low frequency range also increases. Conclusion. This indicates an increase in the activity of the sympathetic nervous system and a shift in metabolism under the influence of post-surgical inflammation. © Team of authors, 2021
