Studying the influence of stem cells on the areas of ischemic brain damage using digital processing and cognitive visualization based on MRI data

Methods for digital processing of brain MRI data have been developed, including methods for isolating clusters of transplanted mesenchymal stem cells in T2 and SWI modes. Methods of cognitive 2D and 3D visualization of their movement have been developed, doctor-researcher graphical interface has been built to solve a complex of problems related to analysis and cognitive visualization of areas of interest using computer graphics. Intellectual analysis of MRI data was performed using the developed tools to test the hypothesis about the therapeutic effect of mesenchymal stem cells on the foci of ischemic stroke. © 2021 IEEE.
