Procedural Documents in the Era of New Technologies: How Legal Design Has Changed the Legal World
This article reviews the impact of new technologies through Legal Design tools on the established approach to the preparation of procedural documents and the legal community as a whole. What is Legal Design and what are the reasons for its emergence and development? What is the Concept of perfect procedural document? What are the main challenges that can be solved with Legal Design? How to work with the tools of Legal Design and when it is appropriate? These and many other questions are answered by the authors in this article.
