Education fraud is a serious legal crime which also harbors the employment of the unequipped workforce through unfair methods. Diploma or certificate fraud, which is committed by those who cannot afford education costs or those who do not make an effort in education to be able to meet the necessary criteria for both entering a career and promotion and during career promotion, causes problems in employment due to serious professional deficiencies. The inclusion of a failing and incompetent workforce is a serious problem in employment. Companies and universities that have changed their data storage systems in recent years using Blockchain technology were exemplified. Owing to the decentralized, transparent and reliable data recording system of the Blockchain, whether the documents containing information used to provide employment are counterfeit or not can be identified. The reliability of the submitted documents and the accreditation compliance are protected by the blockchain method without any need for third parties. As a result of people with correct and honest documents responding to employment demands and their being efficient in production, it will be possible to provide employment with well-equipped and trained workforce. In this research, solution-oriented ideas that will strengthen the functional relationship between vocational education and employment through the use of data saving methods of Blockchain technology were discussed.
