ЭКОНОМИКО-ЭКОЛОГИЧЕСКОЕ ОБОСНОВАНИЕ ПЕРЕХОДА МОРСКОГО ТРАНСПОРТА С "ГРЯЗНЫХ" ТОПЛИВ НА СЖИЖЕННЫЙ ПРИРОДНЫЙ ГАЗ НА ОСНОВЕ АНАЛИЗА РАЗВИТИЯ МИРОВОГО И РОССИЙСКОГО РЫНКОВ

Целью данной работы является рассмотрение возможности перехода морского транспорта на альтернативные источники энергии, в частности, на сжиженный природный газ (СПГ). Задачами данной работы являются приведение анализа основных потребителей сжиженного природного газа, оценка конъюнктуры рынка СПГ. Необходимо также сказать об импортно-экспортной системе и росте потребления СПГ странами Азиатско-Тихоокеанского региона, обосновать экономическую целесообразность развития СПГ как альтернативного топлива, в частности, осветить проблему перехода морского транспорта на СПГ. Ключевым фактором рассмотрения данной проблемы является экологическая составляющая как при добыче, так и при транспортировке углеводородов.

The purpose of this work is to consider the possibility of transition of sea transport to alternative energy sources, in particular, to liquefied natural gas (LNG). The objectives of this work are to provide an analysis of the main consumers of liquefied natural gas, to assess the situation on the LNG market. It is also necessary to say about the import-export system and the growth of LNG consumption by the countries of the Asia-Pacific region, to substantiate the economic feasibility of developing LNG as an alternative fuel, in particular, to highlight the problem of the transition of sea transport to LNG. The key factor in considering this problem is the environmental component both in the production and transportation of hydrocarbons.
