TRAINING LAWYERS-TO-BE FOR INTERNATIONAL FOREIGN LANGUAGE EXAMS

Nowadays one of the criteria of a Russian higher education institution efficiency is the number of students taught and educated in a foreign University for at least a semester, the Universities of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) excluding. This factor characterizes the development of the youth academic mobility that is an important part of modern education; it provides the transparency of vocational training, the exchange of practical experience and competencies development. To be enrolled in the program of academic mobility a student must have an international certificate asserting his/her foreign language level of proficiency. Such certificate is essential for a learner that is eager to continue his professional education in a foreign University. So one of the main goals of higher education is to help students to pass an international foreign language exam. The paper focuses on the practical experience of training students of Law Institute of RUDN University of Russia to get ready for the international foreign language competencies certification. The learners' opinions are presented. The conclusion includes the authors' views on the importance of the practical work implementation and on its further development.
