Уничтожение товара: экологические и фискальные аспекты таможенной процедуры

Раскрываются содержание таможенной процедуры уничтожения, особенности ее применения, фискальные аспекты и требования соблюдения принципов природосбережения и экологической безопасности. Анализируется фискальноправовой статус как уничтоженных товаров, так и отходов, образовавшихся вследствие их уничтожения.

The content of the customs procedure of destruction, the specifics of its application, fiscal aspects and requirements for compliance with the principles of environmental conservation and environmental safety are disclosed. The fiscal and legal status of both destroyed goods and waste generated as a result of their destruction is analyzed.
