ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ МЕЖПРЕДМЕТНЫХ СВЯЗЕЙ НА ПРАКТИЧЕСКИХ ЗАНЯТИЯХ ПО АКУШЕРСТВУ ПРИ ИЗУЧЕНИИ ДИСПЛАЗИИ СОЕДИНИТЕЛЬНОЙ ТКАНИ

В процесс изучения проблемы дисплазии соединительной ткани студентами мы внедрили методику формирования межпредметых связей. Цель практических занятий: формирование межпредметных связей в диагностике и лечении пациентов с дисплазиями соединительной ткани, в ведении беременности, родов и послеродового периода. В результате студенты освоили этиопатогенез дисплазии соединительной ткани с позиций биологии, медицинской генетики: дифференцированных форм дисплазии соединительной ткани (синдром Марфана, Элерса-Данло, врожденная геморрагическая телеангиоэктазия Ослер-Вебера-Рендю) и мультифакторных - недифференцированных дисплазий соединительной ткани. Возможности и методы патогистологической диагностики с применением современного оборудования, изучают методы лабораторной и инструментальной диагностики, возможности фармакотерапии, изучают возможности ведения беременности, способы родоразрешения.

FORMATION OF INTER-SUBJECT LINKS IN PRACTICAL LESSONS ON OBSTETRICS WHEN STUDYING CONNECTIVE TISSUE DYSPLASIA

In the process of studying the problem of connective tissue dysplasia by students, we introduced the method of forming intersubject connections. The purpose of practical training: the formation of intersubject connections in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with connective tissue dysplasia, in the management of pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. As a result, students mastered the etiopathogenesis of connective tissue dysplasia from the standpoint of biology, medical genetics: differentiated forms of connective tissue dysplasia (Marfan, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, Osler-WeberRendu congenital hemorrhagic telangiectasia) and multifactorial - undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasias. Possibilities and methods of pathological diagnostics using modern equipment, they study methods of laboratory and instrumental diagnostics, the possibilities of pharmacotherapy, study the possibilities of conducting pregnancy, methods of delivery.
