В данной главе излагаются проблемные вопросы формирования современной картины развития международной безопасности и функционирования нации-государства. Отмечается роль глобальных и региональных проблем, требующих многосторонних решений и создания новых международных институтов.
This chapter presents the problematic issues of forming a modern picture of the development of international security and the functioning of the nation-state. The role of global and regional problems that require multilateral solutions and the creation of new international institutions is noted.
