The interest of Russian consumers in the tourist resources of their country has increased in connection with the changed economic and political events. At the same time, the popularity of Russian destinations for foreign guests dramatically increased as a result of the successfully held 2014 Winter Olympics and the 2018 FIFA World Cup. In this regard, the proposed concept of a rotel as mobile and at the same time comfortable accommodation for tourists can catalyze attracting a new market segment to one of the most exciting regions of central Russia - the Volgograd Region.
