ОГРАНИЧЕНИЯ РЕИНЖИНИРИНГА БИЗНЕС-ПРОЦЕССОВ НА ПРЕДПРИЯТИЯХ РАЗЛИЧНЫХ ОТРАСЛЕЙ

В данной работе рассматривается процесс реинжиниринга бизнес-процессов в разных сферах жизнедеятельности человека. На примере государственных, военных, информационно-технических и учебных предприятий раскрываются ограничения и сложности реинжиниринга бизнес-процессов. Сделан вывод о том, что реинжиниринг бизнес-процессов не является универсальным экономическим инструментом выведения предприятий из кризисных ситуаций, или из ситуаций, близким к кризисным. Причиной этого являются ограничения, например, недостаточная техническая оснащенность страны, консерватизм и т. д.

Limitations of business process reengineering at enterprises of various industries

In this paper, the process of reengineering business processes in different spheres of human life. On the example of military, information and government organizations, the limitations, and difficulties of reengineering of business processes are revealed. It is concluded that the reengineering of business processes is not a universal economic tool for getting enterprises out of crisis situations. The reason for this is the different specifics of social activities. There are limitations in each field of activity, for example, insufficient technical equipment of the country, conservatism, etc.
