MANAGEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL BURNOUT OF NURSES: BALINT GROUPS

The article analyzes the results of a study of nurses in relation to work and professional burnout. It is proposed to introduce the use of the Balint groups method into the basics of the management of professional burnout of nurses.
