Knowledge as a Non-equilibrium Dynamic System

The article is devoted to the consideration of knowledge as a non-equilibrium, self-sustaining, and self organizing system possessing the properties of openness, nonlinearity and dissipation, which shows the true value of learning and intellectual productive environment for possible diffusion of knowledge. The author of the article gives ten arguments in support of this point of view.
