A case of total anomalous pulmonary venous return in combination with concealed left atrium membrane presence [Случай сочетания супракардиальной формы тотального аномального дренажа легочных вен с мембраной левого предсердия]

This article is dedicated to a rare and potentially dangerous combination of cor triatrium sinistrum with supracardiac form of total anomalous pulmonary venous return, which we encountered. Besides congenital heart disease description, clinical presentation and surgical technique, the emphasis is noted on echocardiography quality, which allowed to suspect left atrium membrane presence, choose the right surgical tactics and thereby to avoid severe complications. © 2021 GEOTAR Media.
