The Role of Labor Performance as One of the Elements of Personnel Control in Hotels in Syria

Increasing productivity is one of the most difficult aspects of hotel and restaurant business management. Increasing productivity is one of the most important tools for entrepreneurship in the hotel industry, and the demand for innumerable productivity is becoming an increasingly important role for managers in maintaining and running a business. In addition, making the business profitable, they are in a state of death, so that each supplier becomes productive and efficient to achieve the company’s goal, while maximizing the value of the enterprise. This document discusses the importance of productivity in the service industry, especially in the field of hospitality. This is confirmed by the study of the degree of compliance of hotels with response to labor productivity indicators in order to establish an appropriate measurement standard and management system for the hotel business in general and in Syria in particular. © 2021, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
