К вопросу о перспективах российского языкового образования

В работе обосновывается необходимость разработки Программы непрерывного обучения иностранным языкам в Российской Федерации, выделения группы приоритетных иностранных языков для изучения в системе образования республики; заостряется внимание на чрезвычайной важности более широкого применения новых технологий в процессе обучения иностранным языкам, а именно: компьютерных (в том числе, мультимедийных) технологий, интенсивных методов обучения иностранным языкам и др.; при этом акцентируется внимание на том, что ведущим в обучении является коммуникативный системно-деятельностный подход.

To the problem of the perspectives of the russian linguistic education

In the article there is settled down the necessity of the working out of the Programme of the continuous teaching of foreign languages in the Russian Federation, picking out the group of priority foreign languages for studying in the system of the education in the Republic. There is underlined the importance of the mass using of the new technologies in the process of teaching foreign languages, namely: computer (including multimedia) technologies, intensive methods and so on. At the same time the attention is accentuated on the idea that the communicative system-active approach is basic in the teaching.
