Leadership ideology non-aligned movements

The article examines the ideology of the leaders of the Non-Aligned Movement, which united in the early 60s of the twentieth century. countries freed from colonialism, which have chosen equidistance from military-political blocs in a bipolar world as the main concept of development. It is noted that the ideology of the leaders of the Non-Aligned Movement - G. A. Nasser, J. Nehru, I. B. Tito, A. Sukarno, Zhou Enlai, despite certain differences, played an important role in promoting the position of developing countries on issues of political and socio-economic development on the basis of anti-colonialism, anti-imperialism, as well as the search for new approaches to cooperation, based on the principles of peaceful coexistence and mutual respect. The Non-Aligned Movement became a platform that united the developing world, but with the end of the cold war, it has historically largely exhausted its capabilities. Currently, attempts are being made to develop new forms of rapprochement among the members of the Non-Aligned Movement. © 2021, Rossiiskaya Akademiya Nauk, Institut Istorii (Russian Academy of Sciences, Institute of General Hist.
