China’s policy in the field of higher education as a mechanism for ensuring its foreign policy

Currently China is interested in improving the image of the state among the foreign civil society, as well as creating a more favorable investment and political climate for implementing its own initiatives abroad. In this context, the author considers the China’s higher education system and its role in the state’s foreign policy, as well as the features of using higher education as a tool to ensure the tasks of China in the global level. © 2020 Elsevier Inc.
