Рациональное применение НПВП в свете клинических рекомендаций и данных новых исследований

В статье рассматриваются основные аспекты применения нестероидных противовоспалительных средств в современной медицинской практике, проводится обзор российских клинических рекомендаций по рациональному применению НПВП, освещаются актуальные данные проводимых в мире исследований по изучению новых, перспективных свойств препаратов данной группы.

Chronic obstructive bronchitis (COB), which undoubtedly occupies a leading position in the structure of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (more than 90%), is currently regarded as a chronic progressive inflammatory disease with irreversible or partially reversible airway obstruction, characterized by periods of exacerbation and remission. The leading causes of both exacerbations and complications of COB are episodes of respiratory infections. Therefore, rational antibacterial therapy is one of the key points of the complex treatment of COB exacerbation. The article describes the results of the use of rational antibacterial therapy in patients with chronic bronchitis.
