ЮБИЛЕЙ КОНСТИТУЦИИ, ЮБИЛЕЙ ЕАЭС

На примере Евразийского Экономического Союза в статье речь идёт о реализации ст. 79 Конституции РФ о праве участия России в создании международных, межгосударственных объединений. Рассматриваются правовые вопросы дальнейшего развития ЕАЭС, в целом интеграционных процессов на постсоветском пространстве. Предлагается дополнить экономический формат работы Союза социальным, а также создание межпарламентской ассамблеи ЕАЭС.

ANNIVERSARY OF THE CONSTITUTION, THE ANNIVERSARY OF THE EAEU

On the example of the Eurasian Economic Union the article deals with the implementation of article 79 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation on the right of Russia's participation in the creation of international, interstate associations. Legal issues of further development of the EAEU and integration processes in the post-Soviet space are considered. It is proposed to supplement the economic format of the Union with social, as well as the creation of the inter-parliamentary Assembly of the EAEU.
