ОЦЕНКА ПОТЕНЦИАЛА РАЗВИТИЯ РЫНКА ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫХ ЗАКУПОК ДЛЯ НУЖД РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ В РАМКАХ ЕДИНОГО ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОГО ПРОСТРАНСТВА ЕАЭС

В статье представлены результаты оценки потенциала развития рынка государственных закупок для нужд Российской Федерации в рамках Единого экономического пространства ЕАЭС в посткоронавирусную эпоху международного экономического развития. Показано, что после неминуемого передела мирового рынка после текущего экономического кризиса ставка на рынок ЕАЭС является перспективным вариантом развития государственных закупок для нужд Российской Федерации. Продемонстрирован мультипликативный эффект развития указанного рынка, обусловленный различием уровней покупательной способности населения в странах Единого экономического пространства.

The article presents the results of assessing the potential for development of the public procurement market for the needs of the Russian Federation within the framework of the common economic space of the EEU in the post-coronavirus era of international economic development. It is shown that after the imminent redistribution of the world market after the current economic crisis, a bid for the NPP market is a promising option for the development of public procurement for the needs of the Russian Federation. The article demonstrates the multiplicative effect of the development of this market due to the difference in the levels of purchasing power of the population in the countries of the Common economic space.
