ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ ПРАКТИКИ ВАЛЮТНОГО КОНТРОЛЯ ОСУЩЕСТВЛЯЕМОГО ТАМОЖЕННЫМИ ОРГАНАМИ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ

В статье исследован механизм осуществления валютного контроля таможенными органами Российской Федерации. Особое внимание уделено проведению таможенных проверок в соответствии с положениями Административного регламента ФТС России по осуществлению государственного контроля над валютными операциями, связанными с перемещением товаров через таможенную границу ЕАЭС, а также за соответствием проводимых валютных операций условиям лицензий и разрешений. Проанализированы нарушения валютного законодательства, выявляемые таможенными органами.

RESEARCH OF THE PRACTICE OF CURRENCY CONTROL CARRIED OUT BY THE CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The article examines the mechanism of currency control by the customs authorities of the Russian Federation. Special attention is paid to customs inspections in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative regulations of the Federal customs service of Russia on the implementation of state control over currency transactions related to the movement of goods across the customs border of the EAEU, as well as to compliance of currency transactions with the conditions of licenses and permits. Violations of currency legislation detected by customs authorities are analyzed.
