Он приводит примеры действия принципа взаимности в многосторонних соглашениях в сфере охраны авторских и патентных прав.

The principle of reciprocity on the example of copyright and patent law

The article considers the role of the principle of reciprocity in international private law relations. The author draws attention to the fact that both the legislator and the scientists use only the concept of reciprocity, but not its definition. He gives examples of the principle of reciprocity in multilateral agreements for the protection of copyright and patent rights.
