РАЗВИТИЕ ЭЛЕКТРОННОЙ ПРОМЫШЛЕННОСТИ РОССИИ В СОВРЕМЕННЫХ УСЛОВИЯХ

Электронная промышленность играет одну из важнейших ролей в обеспечении достойного качества жизни современного общества. По этой причине она также является и одной из важнейших с экономической точки зрения. Этим в том числе объясняется тот факт, что многие компании-лидеры электронной промышленности базируются в развитых странах. Именно эта отрасль промышленности во многом является определяющей для национальной безопасности государства, как в обороноспособности, так и в экономической независимости. В статье рассматриваются точки роста, текущее состояние и особенности электронной промышленности. Цель данной работы - определить рациональный вектор развития электронной промышленности России в современных условиях. Для достижения этой цели в статье проводится обзор мировой отрасли электронной промышленности, рассматриваются ее особенности. Особое внимание уделено электронной промышленности Китая, как уникальному примеру постепенного долгосрочного развития и перехода от данной промышленности, базирующейся на контрактном производстве продукции иностранных компаний, к электронной промышленности, самостоятельно разрабатывающей конкурентоспособную продукцию как на относительно новых, так и на давно устоявшихся рынках. Был выдвинут тезис о том, что разработка готовой продукции требует меньших издержек в сравнении с разработкой компонентов. Данный тезис был доказан на основе анализа годовых отчетностей международных компаний, занимающихся преимущественно разработкой или компонентов, или готовой продукции. Отмечены особенности современного состояния электронной промышленности, ее связь с ИТ-сферой. Также отмечены особенности отечественной электронной промышленности и сформированы рекомендации с их учетом и опорой на пример Китая. В работе применялись общенаучные методы системного анализа, синтеза, статистического метода, методы классификации и обобщения.

The electronic industry plays one of the most important roles in ensuring a decent quality of life in modern society. For this reason, it is also one of the most important from an economic point of view. This also explains the fact that many leading electronic companies are based in developed countries. It is this industry that is largely decisive for the national security of the state, both in defense capability and in economic independence. The article discusses the growth points, current status and features of the electronics industry. The purpose of this work is to determine the rational vector of development of the electronic industry in Russia in modern conditions. To achieve this goal, the article reviews the global electronics industry and considers its features. Particular attention is paid to China’s electronics industry, as a unique example of the gradual long-term development and transition from this industry, based on contract manufacturing of products of foreign companies, to the electronics industry, which independently develops competitive products both in relatively new and long-established markets. The thesis was put forward that the development of finished products requires less cost in comparison with the development of components. This thesis was proved on the basis of an analysis of the annual reports of international companies primarily engaged in the development of either components or finished products. The features of the current state of the electronic industry, its connection with the IT sphere are noted. The peculiarities of the domestic electronic industry were also noted and recommendations were formulated with their account and relying on the example of China. In the work, general scientific methods of system analysis, synthesis, statistical method, classification and generalization methods were used.
