Проверка соответствия продукции требованиям технических регламентов Таможенного союза в судебной товароведческой экспертизе
Разобраны процедура подтверждения соответствия продукции требованиям технического регламента Таможенного союза и алгоритм проверки ее соответствия разрешительной документации. Описаны типовые схемы подтверждения соответствия товаров. Рассмотрено содержание разрешительной документации (сертификата соответствия, декларации о соответствии) с описанием каждого элемента. Предложен алгоритм определения соответствия/несоответствия продукции сведениям, содержащимся в разрешительной документации, на примере мебельной продукции и соответствия ее сертификату соответствия / декларации о соответствии требованиям технического регламента Евразийского экономического союза.
Control of the Products’ Conformity to the Requirements of Technical Regulations of the Customs Union in Forensic Commodity Examination
The procedure of the conformity statement of the products to the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union and the algorithm for the control of the conformity to the enabling documentation are analyzed. Templates for the conformity verification are described. The article addresses the contents of the enabling documentation (conformity certificate, declaration of conformity) with the description of each element. An algorithm for the definition of the products’ conformity/non-conformity to the particulars contained in the enabling documentation on the example of furniture products and its consistency with the conformity certificate/declaration of conformity to the requirements of the technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union.
