Исследование инновационного сотрудничества цифровой экономики Китая и России

Китайско-российские торгово-экономические отношения в новую эпоху открывают новые возможности для большего развития. Цифровая экономика соответствует тенденциям времени, тенденции развития, имеет широкие перспективы и несет неограниченные возможности, становится важным направлением развития торгово-экономического сотрудничества между двумя странами. Расширяется потенциальный рынок цифровой экономики. Сотрудничество в области цифровых технологий - основное направление современных китайско-российских отношений. В этой статье описывается текущее состояние цифровой экономики Китая и России, а также изучается текущее состояние китайско-российского сотрудничества в области технологий 5G в цифровой экономике. Обобщены проблемы, существующие в России и Китае, а также рассмотрены большой потенциал и широкие перспективы для дальнейшего развития двух стран. Сформулированные и обоснованные научные положения, выводы и предложения являются результатом самостоятельных научных исследований автора. Разработка теоретических и методологических положений в отношении инновационного сотрудничества цифровой экономики России и Китая проведена автором самостоятельно. Научная новизна исследования заключается в выявлении инновационного сотрудничества цифровой экономики Китая и России на основе факторов, которые способны оказать влияние на развитие выгодного сотрудничества двух стран.

Sino-Russian trade and economic relations in the new era will open up new opportunities for greater development. Their tone is richer and more pragmatic, more strategic and long-term. Among them, the digital economy corresponds to the trends of the time, the development trends. It has broad prospects and carries unlimited opportunities and viability. It is becoming an important direction for the development of trade and economic cooperation between two countries. The potential market for the digital economy is expanding. Cooperation in the field of digital technologies is the main point of modern Sino-Russian relations. This article describes the current state of the digital economy in China and Russia. The current state of Sino-Russian cooperation in the field of 5G technologies is examined. The problems that exist in Russia and China are summarized. The author considers that relationship between two countries has great potential and broad prospects for the further development. Formulated and justified scientific statements, conclusions and proposals are the result of independent scientific research of the author. The author has developed theoretical and methodological provisions concerning innovative cooperation between the digital economy of Russia and China independently. The scientific novelty of the research is to identify innovative cooperation between the digital economy of China and Russia based on factors that can influence the development of profitable cooperation between the two countries.
