СОЗДАНИЕ ВЕЛИКОЙ КОЛУМБИИ: ИСТОКИ И ТРУДНОСТИ СТАНОВЛЕНИЯ

Статья посвящена важному и малоизученному этапу становления латиноамериканского конституционализма - созданию первого объединения независимых государств Латинской Америки в одну федерацию - Великую Колумбию и принятию первой конституции этого союза - Основного закона Ангостуры 1819 г., юридически оформившей возникновение Республики Колумбия, в состав которой вошли Венесуэла и Новая Гранада.

CREATING A GREAT COLOMBIA: ORIGINS AND DIFFICULTIES OF FORMATION

The article is devoted to the important and little-studied stage in the development of Latin American constitutionalism - the creation of the first association of independent Latin American states into one federation «Greater Columbia» and the adoption of the first constitution of this union - the Basic Law of Angostura 1819, which legally formalized the creation of the «Republic of Colombia», which included Venezuela and New Granada.
