In the era of active development of 5G networks and the design of 6G technologies, the fundamental question related to traffic processing models of the main types of services such as enhanced Mobile Broadband (eMBB), massive Machine Type Communications (mMTC) and Ultra Reliable Low Latency Communications (URLLC) may turn out to be a cornerstone question. Even a slight difference at first glance between the models in the simulation mode can play a significant role in achieving the standards set by 3GPP. In this paper, we consider two models of joint traffic service URLLC and eMBB. The first model uses a complete separation of resources, that is, a strict allocation of resources for both types of traffic. While the second model has a fully accessible separation without ceilings. That is, both types of traffic have access to all resources, however, due to the priority of URLLC over eMBB, applications like URLLC can interrupt active eMBB sessions. A description of the QS models, an algorithm for the QS behavior, and formulas for calculating the probability-time characteristics of the system are also presented.
