В статье рассматриваются сущность и особенности выявления бенефициарных владельцев аудируемых лиц на основе Методических рекомендаций по установлению сведений о бенефициарных владельцах. Также проанализировано понятие бенефициарных владельцев и порядок установления бенефициарного владельца.
Identification of beneficial owners of audited entities
The article deals with the essence and features of identifying the beneficial owners of the audited entities on the basis of Methodological recommendations for establishing information about the beneficial owners. The concept of beneficial owners and the procedure for determining the beneficial owner are also analyzed.
