Effect of nanocarriers of different nature on the immunological characteristics of immobilized monoclonal autoantibodies to thyroglobulin

The immunological properties of monoclonal autoantibodies to thyroid thyroglobulin in the construction of carrier-bioligand conjugates have been studied. Silver and gold nanoparticles 40-50 nm in size of and polymer microspheres (706 nm) were obtained. Autoantibodies were immobilized on the surface of the synthesized nanoparticles and the effect of nanocarriers on the immunological properties of immobilized monoclonal autoantibodies to thyroglobulin was studied by ELISA. It was found that the use of silver and gold nanoparticles allows you to adjust the sensitivity and specificity of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in order to increase or decrease the detection limit of antigens or antibodies for early laboratory diagnostics of diseases and the creation of new-generation diagnostic test systems. © 2020.
