Role of Russia in the Middle East and Northern Africa under V.V. Putin

The article is devoted to the role of Russia in Middle East and Maghreb. The authors stress that the Arab East plays a dominant role in the global energy market. Therefore, coordination of export policy with it is also of great importance for Russia. The authors analyze Russia’s politics towards key regional conflict.
