Influence of ICT to the Flow of the Tourists and the Profitability of the Air Companies

Economy nowadays is changing rapidly because of the fast developing information and communication technologies (ICT). Due to this fact all the areas of the activities are facing number of challenges. This situation also have an influence to the air companies and tourism. Nowadays one of the most extensive trends is implementation of virtual and augmented reality technologies for the different purposes. Therefore, authors in this paper consider how these technologies could be applied in the context of the working practices of the air companies. © 2020 IEEE.
