Biochemical properties of nanoscale structures based on natural raw materials of various etiology

In this work, liposomal structures were obtained on the phospholipids complexes basis extracted from raw materials of various etiology and a comparative analysis of content some biologically active substances groups in them, as well as of the antioxidant activity (AOA) and structures stability were carried out. Researches allowed estimating AOA of biologically active complexes extracted from plant raw materials and marine hydrobionites at the cellular level in the form of liposomal structures - the simplest models of a "living" cell. It was noted that the preparative forms constructed on the basis of complexes obtained from the tissues of marine invertebrates (mollusks) possess AOA exceeding the antioxidant capacity of the initial extractants by 3-4 times. Stability of liposomal preparation obtained on the basis of marine hydrobionite extracts at a storage temperature of 20°C is 6.5 months, and at a storage temperature of 4°C it is 20 months. Similar parameters for preparations based on plant extracts are 4.5 months and 15 months, respectively. © 2018 Author(s).
