Abstract: Due to the high prevalence of acute gynecological diseases, the search for effective approaches to the implementation of the reproductive function in women of the childbearing age after surgical treatment for acute gynecological diseases is an urgent problem of the modern physiology of reproduction. In this study, we have evaluated the proposed approach to the treatment of such patients based on a strategy with elements of the fast track surgery and rehabilitation that includes the methods of physiotherapeutic treatment along with the traditional approaches. The results of our study have demonstrated an improved ovarian blood flow, the preservation of a larger volume of the ovarian reserve and a more effective implementation of the reproductive function. © 2020, Pleiades Publishing, Inc.
