МОДЕЛЬ СРАВНИТЕЛЬНОЙ ОЦЕНКИ ИННОВАЦИОННЫХ ПРОЕКТОВ ПО СОВОКУПНОСТИ КАЧЕСТВЕННЫХ ПОКАЗАТЕЛЕЙ

В статье предложена математическая модель для сравнительной оценки инновационных проектов по совокупности качественных показателей. Модель предназначена для обоснования решений по формированию и реализации рациональной инновационной политики и осуществления эффективной инновационной деятельности. В предложенной модели использованы технологии непараметрической статистики, позволяющие учесть типовую для этапа формирования инновационной политики неопределенность и найти рациональные для этих условий решения.

A MODEL FOR THE COMPARATIVE EVALUATION OF INNOVATIVE PROJECTS BY THE TOTALITY OF QUALITY INDICATORS

The article proposes a mathematical model for the comparative evaluation of innovative projects by the totality of qualitative indicators. The model is intended to substantiate decisions on the formation and implementation of a rational innovation policy and the implementation of effective innovation. In the proposed model, nonparametric statistics technologies are used, which allow one to take into account the uncertainty typical for the stage of formation of the innovation policy and find rational solutions for these conditions.
