В данной статье исследованы существующие методы оценки компетенций сотрудников организации. Проведен анализ преимуществ и недостатков существующих методов оценки. Описана возможность применения существующих методов в организациях ракетно-космической промышленности.
The evaluation of competences in the organizations of space-rocket industry
The article examines the existing methods of assessing the competencies of employees of the organization. The analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of existing methods of evaluation. The possibility of application of existing methods in the organizations of rocket and space industry is described.
