Оценка эффективности создания организационноэкономической системы управления

В статье разработан экономический подход к оценке эффективности создания организационно-экономической системы управления сложной технической системой, основанный на механизмах рационального и эффективного использования ресурсов. Экономическая эффективность сложной технической системы определяется на основе факторов, имеющих количественные оценки. Разработаны две экономико-математические модели - модель оценки экономической эффективности сложной технической системы и модель учета рисков в организационно-экономической системе управления сложной технической системой.

Economic approach to assessing the effectiveness of the organizational and economic system to manage a complex technical system

The article is dedicated to development of an economic approach to assessing the effectiveness of the organizational and economic system to manage a complex technical system, based on the mechanisms of rational and efficient use of resources. The economic efficiency of the complex technical system is determined on the basis of factors that have quantitative estimates. Two economic and mathematical models are developed. These are a model for assessing the economic efficiency of a complex technical system and a model for risk assessment in the organizational and economic system managing the complex technical system.
