Методика оценки возможностей кадрового потенциала ракетно-космического предприятия в реализации наукоемких проектов

В статье дано оригинальное определение комплексной категории кадрового потенциала наукоемкого предприятия, объединяющее понятия кадровых ресурсов и ключевых компетенций. Сформирована обладающая практической полезностью методика оценки возможностей кадрового потенциала предприятий в реализации наукоемких проектов, позволяющая получить количественные оценки возможностей кадрового потенциала предприятия для реализации различных инновационных проектов.

Methodology for assessing the capabilities of the personnel potential of a space-rocket enterprise in the implementation of scienceintensive projects

The article gives an original definition of a comprehensive category of human resources of a high-tech enterprise, combining the concepts of human resources and key competencies. A methodology for assessing the capabilities of the personnel potential of enterprises in the implementation of science-intensive projects has been formulated that has practical utility, which allows obtaining quantitative assessments of the capabilities of the personnel potential of the enterprise for solving various innovative problems.
