Рассмотрена проблема подтверждения соответствия пищевой продукции смешанного состава действующим нормативным документам, заключающаяся в отсутствии конкретных показателей безопасности и официально утвержденной методики их нормирования. Предложены пути решения.

Control and supervision of finished products

The problem of conformity assessment of food products of the mixed composition with existing normative documents in the absence of specific safety indicators and officially approved methods of their regulation is considered. The ways to solve the problem are proposed.
